Experience: Minimum 1–2+ years in Inbound Customer Service
Communication: Good to excellent English communication (Fluent speakers eligible for higher package)
Last Salary Drawn: Considered up to industry standards
Salary Structure
1 year experience:
₹22,000 In-hand
₹26,000 CTC
2 years experience:
₹26,000 In-hand
₹30,000 CTC
Candidates with Fluent English + Relevant Experience:
Up to ₹35,000 In-hand
CTC as per company norms
