Designation

• Customer Support Associate

Job Profile

• Resolve customer queries through voice calls

Mandatory Criteria

• Minimum Higher Secondary Pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Basic verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with no major MTI

• Candidates should not have attended any Tech Mahindra interview in the last 3 months

• Customer-oriented mindset

• No planned leave for the first 3 months after joining

• 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs

• 10-hour shift per day comprising 9 working hours and 1-hour break

Interview Process

• HR Round – General Screening

• Typing Test- 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Operations Round – General Assessment

• Voice Versant Test (V3 and above)

Compensation

• CTC for Freshers: 2,05,830 per annum

• CTC for Experienced Candidates: 2,30,530 per annum (minimum 12 months of BPO experience)

Monthly Take-Home Salary:

• Freshers: 12,442 per month

• Experienced: 14,501 per month

• Those who are fresher & age in between 18yrs - 25 years will get 12,500 + extra 6k joining bonus benefit

Training

• Training may be conducted during the night shift

Shift Timings

• Any 10-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM in operations

• Night shifts may be applicable during training
