Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential/existing customers using scripts
Answer product/company-related queries
Understand customer needs and close sales
Direct qualified leads to field sales team
Update customer information in the database
Take & process orders accurately
Address customer complaints and maintain records
Conduct research to support lead generation
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate
Required 0 - 6+ years of experience.
The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
Good communication & convincing skills in Bengal
Basic knowledge of Email and MS-Excel.
