Associate – Outbound Voice Process

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Promote banking products like Credit Cards, Loans & Insurance
• Generate leads and achieve targets
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Support customer activation and retention

Eligibility

• Graduation mandatory
• Freshers can apply
• Candidates with BPO, Tele-sales or Customer Service experience will be preferred
• Good English communication required
• Age: 18 to 32 years
