Job Description – International BPO (US Outbound Sales)

We are hiring candidates for an International BPO – US Outbound Sales process. The role involves outbound calling to US-based customers to promote products/services and close sales while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to US customers

Explain products/services clearly and confidently

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate call and customer records

Follow company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales

Good communication skills in English

Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7)

Basic computer knowledge

HSC or Graduate qualification

Job Details:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand)

Shift: Rotational (24/7)

Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Location: Thane
