Roles & Responsibilities
Provide hardware technical support for café devices.
Resolve technical queries raised by café staff through calls, tickets, or messaging platforms.
Troubleshoot issues related to system connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and peripheral device failures.
Maintain technical documentation, including issue logs, troubleshooting steps, and resolution summaries.
Prepare regular reports on technical issues, root causes, downtime, and resolutions.
Assist in hardware setup for new café openings or system upgrades.
