Customer Sales Executive

• All Collections – IDFC, IndusInd, ICICI, BOB, Axis, HSBC, LIC, BOI, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talk to customers to sell, support, or collect payments depending on the process.

2. Explain products or services clearly and answer customer queries.

3. Keep records of calls and update customer details.

4. Follow up with customers when needed.

5. Meet daily or monthly targets set by the team.

Job Requirements:

• Education: HSC or Graduate (varies by process)

• Experience: Freshers or 6+ months experience (based on role)

• Fluency in English

• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge

• Additional languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, and Hindi are a plus

Job Details:

• Shifts: Fixed Day or Rotational Day Shifts (Based on Process)

• Week Off: Sunday Fixed or Rotational Off (Based on Process)

• Salary: ₹14,500 to ₹29,000 CTC (Based on Process and Experience)

• Training will be provided
