We are looking for a Customer Service Executive / Intern who will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. This role is ideal for freshers who enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat.
· Support customers by resolving queries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
· Maintain and update customer records and communication logs.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
· Help in onboarding new customers and guiding them through product/service usage.
· Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
· Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
· Graduate or pursuing graduation in B.Sc IT, B.Sc Computer Science, any other Bachelor's degree.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of IT/ Technical customer service or willingness to learn.
· Comfortable using basic tools like email, spreadsheets, or CRM.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
