Pitch to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Handle objections and close deals over the phone.
Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly.
Achieve monthly sales KPIs.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Provide product/service information in a clear and friendly manner.
Record complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate call logs and feedback.
Excellent communication (Hindi/English as applicable)
