Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain customer records and booking details.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Professional attitude with strong negotiation skills.
