Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and customer-first Customer Support Executive to ensure every user has a smooth and satisfying experience on the Akashvani platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, assisting with app usage, managing bookings, handling payment concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

• Assist users with account creation, login issues, OTP verification, and profile management.

• Help customers book, reschedule, or cancel astrology consultations.

• Resolve payment, wallet, refund, coupon, and transaction-related issues.

• Guide users through app features and services.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.

• Escalate technical issues to the product or development team when required.

Customer Experience

• Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.

• Build trust by communicating with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.

Operational Support

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or support tools.

• Track and report recurring issues or bugs.

• Assist in preparing FAQs and knowledge base articles.

• Coordinate with astrologers regarding appointment schedules when necessary.

• Support promotional campaigns by answering customer queries regarding offers and subscriptions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Good listening skills and high emotional intelligence.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

• Comfortable working with mobile apps and digital platforms.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Call Centre operations.

• Experience in handling chat and email support is preferred.

• Prior experience in a startup, app-based business, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or service platform is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
