Junior Team Leader – Job Description
Position: Junior Team Leader
Department: Sales , Loans & Operations
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Home
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team of 16 Telecallers by actively participating in recruitment and selection.
- Ensure the team always maintains a strength of 16 active Telecallers.
- In case of resignation, inactivity, or replacement, recruit suitable candidates to maintain the required team strength.
- Monitor daily attendance, productivity, calls, leads and overall team performance.
- Guide and support Telecallers to achieve their daily and monthly targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and resolve team-related work issues.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports to the Senior Team Leader/Manager.
- Ensure all team members follow company policies, processes and working guidelines.
Requirements
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to recruit, manage and motivate a team.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales, customer handling and reporting.
- Previous team-handling experience will be preferred.
Work Mode: Work From Home
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Team Requirement: 16 Telecallers must be maintained at all times.
