We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused CRM to manage end-to-end client interactions after the production phase. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless delivery, high-quality outputs, and complete customer satisfaction, while also spotting opportunities to upsell and strengthen client relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the post-production phase.
Manage delivery timelines for edited photos, videos, albums, and print products.
Coordinate album designs, approvals, revisions, and print orders with precision.
Collaborate with photographers, editors, designers, and vendors to deliver quality outputs.
Track and update production milestones, keeping clients informed throughout.
Address client inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate records and updates using CRM or project management tools.
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, testimonials, and referrals.
Upsell & cross-sell services/products to maximize client value and revenue.
Handle escalations with tact to ensure effective service recovery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in client servicing, CRM, or project coordination (preferred).
Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM/project management tools & MS Office.
Customer-first mindset with a passion for relationship building.
