Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and prior experience in B2B sales. She will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, managing customer accounts, and ensuring complete client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities in the furniture and interior solutions sector.

  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project updates.

  • Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare periodic sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management or B2B sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

  • Preferably from the furniture, interior, or manufacturing industry background.
