Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and services
Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management when required
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate degree (mandatory)
Freshers are welcome to apply (customer support experience is an added advantage)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
