Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide timely, accurate solutions
Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
Document interactions accurately in the system
Resolve escalated complaints professionally
Collaborate with team members and follow company guidelines

Good English communication (verbal & written)
Customer-focused, patient, and problem-solving mindset
Team player, adaptable to shifts and dynamic work environment
Shift: Rotational (Women: no shift beyond 8:30 PM)
Working Days: 5 days/week, 2 days rotational off
