
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
Issue Resolution:
Act as the main point of contact to handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations, resolving them in a timely manner

Sales & Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, create reports, and present performance reviews.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, product) to develop customer engagement strategies and improve service delivery.
Account Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM software and ensure consistent, high-quality communication.
