We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at K K Consultancy. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Health/ Term Insurance. The role offers ₹25000 - ₹26000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Night shift.
1. Designation: customer relationship manager
2. Role: 100% voice inbound process
3. Timing:
Male - 7am to 12:30pm+(night Shift) Any 9.5 hours
Female- 7am to 8:30pm (Any 9.5 hours)
4. Week-off: 5 days working 2 days off (Rotational)
5. Salary:
Fresher : 14.5 k inhand
Experience: upto 26k inhand
