Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients (retailers/wholesalers) to address queries, complaints, or service requests
• Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with clients
• Coordinate internally with production, sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to resolve client concerns promptly
• Maintain a regular communication schedule with clients for order updates, delivery status, and service feedback
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments, credit reminders, and ensure timely collections
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, order status, and communication logs
• Support the sales team with client coordination, sample approvals, or design feedback
• Handle post-sales service such as complaint resolution, repair coordination, and satisfaction checks
• Help organize and manage client meetings, exhibitions, or showroom visits
• Prepare basic reports on client satisfaction, payment status, and service performance
