Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (Female) from Jewellery Industry to join our team Shripati Gold Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

  • Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

  • Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

  • Experience working with high-value B2B clients.

  • Familiarity with Jewellery product categories and production timelines.

  • Ability to handle sensitive customer situations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment consultants.

  • Oversee and monitor all customer touchpoints, ensuring an impeccable and luxurious shopping environment and exceptional client experiences. 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients (retailers/wholesalers) to address queries, complaints, or service requests.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with clients.

  • Coordinate internally with production, sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to resolve client concerns promptly.

  • Maintain a regular communication schedule with clients for order updates, delivery status, and service feedback.

  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments, credit reminders, and ensure timely collections.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, order status, and communication logs.

  • Support the sales team with client coordination, sample approvals, or design feedback.

  • Handle post-sales service such as complaint resolution, repair coordination, and satisfaction checks.

  • Help organize and manage client meetings, exhibitions, or showroom visits.

  • Prepare basic reports on client satisfaction, payment status, and service performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or sales coordination; jewellery/luxury goods preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language

• Polite, professional, and solution-oriented attitude

• Good understanding of sales processes, order management, and payment cycles

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); knowledge of CRM software is a plus

• Ability to multitask and follow up consistently without losing attention to detail
