We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (Female) from Jewellery Industry to join our team Shripati Gold Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.
Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.
Experience working with high-value B2B clients.
Familiarity with Jewellery product categories and production timelines.
Ability to handle sensitive customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment consultants.
Oversee and monitor all customer touchpoints, ensuring an impeccable and luxurious shopping environment and exceptional client experiences.
Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients (retailers/wholesalers) to address queries, complaints, or service requests.
Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with clients.
Coordinate internally with production, sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to resolve client concerns promptly.
Maintain a regular communication schedule with clients for order updates, delivery status, and service feedback.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments, credit reminders, and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, order status, and communication logs.
Support the sales team with client coordination, sample approvals, or design feedback.
Handle post-sales service such as complaint resolution, repair coordination, and satisfaction checks.
Help organize and manage client meetings, exhibitions, or showroom visits.
Prepare basic reports on client satisfaction, payment status, and service performance.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or sales coordination; jewellery/luxury goods preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
• Polite, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
• Good understanding of sales processes, order management, and payment cycles
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Ability to multitask and follow up consistently without losing attention to detail
