Experience in customer service / restaurant guest relations
Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring excellent guest experience, handling customer interactions, resolving issues, managing feedback, and supporting smooth front‑of‑house operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and ensure a warm, welcoming experience
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service recovery
Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Manage reservations, table allocation, and peak‑hour flow
Collect and track customer feedback for improvement
Support billing, POS operations, and daily reporting
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in customer service / guest relations (QSR/restaurant preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly
Basic POS/billing knowledge
Pleasant personality, grooming, and customer‑first mindset
Salary
₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
