Job Description – Customer Service Coordinator (HVAC)
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Experience: Freshers Preferred
Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Freshers to join our team as Customer Service Coordinators. You will assist customers, coordinate service requests, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the service team. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer calls, emails, and service requests professionally.
· Coordinate with service engineers and schedule service visits.
· Follow up with customers and provide timely updates.
· Maintain service records and prepare basic reports in MS Excel.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service operations.
