Vertical- Digital (Sales)
Must Have: Work Exp 1 + years (Sales Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and online channels.
Promote and explain insurance products to prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets through digital and telephonic sales.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sale service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation (Full time or Part Time)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in digital sales, telesales, or customer support preferred.
Good understanding of insurance products or financial services will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-centric approach.
