About the Role

ICICI Lombard is hiring Customer Relationship Executives – Digital Sales to join our high-energy Contact Centre team in Mumbai. The role involves handling customer queries, driving digital insurance sales, and ensuring excellent customer engagement through voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers over calls to explain insurance products and services.

• Drive digital sales by converting leads into successful policy issuance.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure superior customer experience by answering queries clearly.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of sales skills and customer relationship management.

• Participate in mock calls and operational training for sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Graduate (Full-time/Part-time).

• Experience: 0–2+ years (Freshers welcome).

• Excellent communication in English & Hindi.

• Sales-oriented mindset with persuasive communication skills.

• Knowledge of customer service and quality parameters.

• Ability to confidently explain “What skills are required for sales” during interview.

Work Environment

• Working Days: 5 days a week.

• Week Off: 2 days (rotational).

• Shift Timings: Fixed shift, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM.

• Process: Voice-only (No transport provided).

Salary & Benefits

• Fresher CTC: ₹1.75 LPA (Approx. ₹12,500 in-hand/month).

• Experienced CTC (0–2+ years): Up to ₹2.50 LPA (Approx. ₹18,000 in-hand/month).
