Customer Relationship Executive– Vedanta Foundation

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Engagement Executive to support Vedanta Foundation’s communication and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to candidates, stakeholders, partners, or other contacts as required.
Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.
Share relevant information about Vedanta Foundation’s programmes and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and responses.
Follow up with contacts as required and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with the internal team for further action.

Key Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
