Job Title: CRM Agent
Salary: 18000 to 23000
Education: 12th Pass or Above
Responsibilities:
Call customers for feedback on service quality
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
Resolve queries and complaints politely and efficiently
Follow up with customers for repeat orders and retention
Coordinate with delivery and operations team for smooth service
Maintain daily call logs and reports
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge (CRM/data entry)
Polite, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Previous customer service experience is a plus
