• Key Responsibilities: Check platforms like Justdial, OLX, WhatsApp, and other social media apps for client leads.
• Call leads, explain our services, and maintain follow-up regularly.
• Maintain Excel sheets to track: New and ongoing client work Document collection and submission Daily progress of projects
• Explain licensing procedures, required documentation, and timelines (Training will be provided).
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents and hand them over to field associates.
• Follow up with clients for pending payments and provide status updates.
• Ensure smooth communication between client and field team.

• Candidate Requirements: Female candidate only (preferred due to nature of client coordination role)
• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp, and basic office tools Well-organized, punctual, and professional.
• Must be from Navi Mumbai or Harbour Line (for ease of commute)
• Additional Preferences: Prior experience in telecalling, coordination, or office assistance is a plus.
• Polite and confident in handling client calls and follow-ups Comfortable learning new procedures related to licenses and compliance.
