Job Description:

What You will do: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.

• Maintain and update customer data accurately in the CRM system or database.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams for seamless customer experience.

• Track and analyse customer interactions to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and documentation.

• Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, surveys, and events.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all customer interactions.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a CRM Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
