We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Telecaller cum CRM Executive for our marble showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing CRM data, and doing regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Follow up with architects, builders, interior designers, and walk-in clients.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM system.
Track quotations and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales team for showroom visits and client meetings.
Maintain daily call reports and inquiry status.
Support the sales team in lead conversion.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory).
2–3 years of experience in telecalling / CRM (preferably in marble, tiles, sanitaryware, interior, or building materials industry).
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Professional attitude and positive personality.
