Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with the Demat and Trading Account opening process, ensuring smooth documentation and onboarding.
Analyze mutual funds, stocks, and market trends to identify suitable investment opportunities for clients.
Monitor market performance and provide insights on investment products based on clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
Coordinate regularly with customers, addressing their queries and providing timely investment-related guidance.
Help clients select appropriate mutual funds, stocks, and investment strategies based on their requirements.
Execute trades on behalf of clients in accordance with authorized instructions and regulatory guidelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous support and portfolio assistance.
Stay updated on financial markets, economic developments, and investment products to provide informed recommendations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements while handling client investments.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of stock markets, mutual funds, and investment products.
