Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a positive customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
Conduct follow-up calls after vehicle sales and service visits to collect customer feedback.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Inform customers about service reminders, promotions, exchange offers, and new product launches.
Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer interaction reports.
Support sales and service teams in enhancing customer experience.
