As a Customer Relationship Officer at Eureka Forbes, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, promoting company products, handling queries and complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers through direct visits, calls, or scheduled appointments.
Promote and demonstrate Eureka Forbes water purifiers, vacuum cleaners, and other products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, and referrals.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Provide after-sales support and service coordination when required.
