Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update data in CRM software
Perform accurate data entry of property details in Excel

Handle cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients
Maintain records of client interactions and leads
Assist the sales team with coordination and documentation
Prepare basic reports using MS Office

Requirements:

Graduate in any field
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Comfortable with cold calling and data handling
Detail-oriented and organized

Experience: Minimum 1 year
