We’re Hiring: Student Relationship/ Counselor


Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Relationship Executive to guide prospective students through their admission journey. This role combines student counseling with relationship management, helping students make informed decisions while contributing to institutional growth. You will play a key role in converting student interest into successful enrollments through meaningful interactions and personalized guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals and recommend suitable programs.

  • Respond to student inquiries related to courses, curriculum, fees, placements, hostel facilities, and campus life.

  • Guide students through the complete admission process, ensuring timely completion of documentation and formalities.

  • Nurture student interest through consistent follow-ups and advisory conversations to support enrollment decisions.

  • Communicate with students and parents via calls, emails, messages, and face-to-face interactions when required.

  • Participate in counseling sessions, campus visits, open houses, and education events to support admissions.

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in the CRM/database.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for students.

  • Contribute to admission targets through ethical counseling and value-based communication.
