Account Reconciliation: Collaborate with the finance and accounts departments to match received payments against open invoices and outstanding balances.
Dispute Resolution: Handle billing queries, explain payment schedules, and resolve customer complaints with patience to accelerate clearance.
Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly collection reports and MIS (Management Information System) sheets to track receivables.
