📌 Role: Customer Relationship Executive

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / ITI (Engineering background preferred)

💼 Experience: 2+ Years in Customer Handling / Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries, complaints & follow-ups

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams

• Provide pre-sales & after-sales support

• Handle showroom activities & walk-in customers

• Attend inbound & outbound calls

• Provide administrative support when required

Required Skills:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Regional language proficiency

• Strong customer relationship management

• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively
