We are looking for a CRM Executive with strong convincing and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and inquiries

• Convince and guide customers about products/services

• Follow up with leads and maintain customer details in CRM

• Coordinate with the sales team

• Ability to handle customers professionally

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• English & Hindi mandatory (Kannada is a plus)

• Any graduate

• 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
