Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with customers in the packaging sector. The role focuses on order coordination, customer satisfaction, repeat business, and acting as the key link between customers and internal teams such as production, design, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

• Build long-term relationships with the clients.

• Understand customer packaging needs (materials, specifications, volumes, Sizes timelines)

Order & Coordination

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing

• Coordinate with production, planning, QC, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery

• Track orders and proactively communicate status updates to customers

Issue Resolution

• Address customer complaints related to quality, delivery, or specifications

• Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions with internal teams

• Ensure quick and professional resolution to maintain customer trust

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain CRM records, contracts, and communication logs

• Prepare reports on customer feedback, order status, and satisfaction levels

• Ensure compliance with company policies and packaging regulation

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability

• Knowledge of packaging materials (corrugated, flexible, rigid, labels, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in the packaging industry

• Experience working with manufacturing or B2B clients preferred
