🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead qualification and customer support

Explain services related to buying/selling cars and bikes on CarBike360.com

Maintain accurate records of conversations in CRM

Resolve queries and escalate issues when needed

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up

✅ Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is a plus

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior voice process or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
