Role Summary

The Customer relationship executive’s role is that of delivering customer experience at the

hubs, enabling customer loyalty and repeat visits as well as passive and active upselling of

events and other services.

Location would be Ahmedabad at one of the hubs @ S. Bopal, Shyamal Cross Roads or

Vaishnodevi Circle

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0–1 years in hospitality, QSR, retail, cafés, or events

• Warm & People-Centric: Loves creating experiences for people

• Process-Oriented: Can work with SOPs and data-driven dashboards

• Tech Comfortable: Can use POS, Apps, Sheets, WhatsApp groups
