We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven CRM Executive to support our customer engagement and retention strategy in the fast-paced fashion retail industry. This role will focus on executing targeted, personalized campaigns across various digital channels, using customer insights to drive loyalty and increase lifetime value. You'll play a key role in enhancing the customer journey across our online and offline retail platforms.
Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, app notifications, and social platforms tailored for fashion retail customers.
Maintain and segment the CRM database based on shopper behavior, purchase history, preferences, and demographics.
Analyze customer insights to develop targeted campaigns around new collections, seasonal sales, product launches, and loyalty offers.
Support the development of customer journeys that reflect the fashion retail lifecycle—from new sign-ups to VIP customers.
Collaborate with creative and merchandising teams to ensure campaign visuals and messaging align with the brand's look and feel.
Monitor campaign performance and key CRM KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, conversion, churn rate, etc.).
Suggest and implement improvements in campaign performance through A/B testing and personalization.
Ensure all CRM activities comply with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of CRM experience in fashion, e-commerce, or retail sectors preferably.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Klaviyo, Emarsys, HubSpot, or similar. (preferably)
Strong understanding of fashion consumer behavior, seasonal shopping trends, and customer loyalty dynamics.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills tailored to a fashion-savvy audience.
Strong attention to detail and data management accuracy.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools.
Experience with fashion e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
Familiarity with loyalty programs and omnichannel marketing.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email editing.
Passion for fashion trends and customer-centric brand experiences.
