Job Description

Customer Interaction

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead Management & Sales Support

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Assist in achieving sales and business development targets.

Data Management & Reporting

Update customer information in CRM/software systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate customer databases and records.

Complaint Handling

Register customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Follow up until the issue is satisfactorily closed.
