Customer Support Executive
Job Responsibilities
• Calling interested students/leads and explaining our services
• Following up with students and parents regularly
• Inviting potential clients to visit the office for counselling
• Maintaining call records and updating lead details in CRM
• Handling basic queries related to MBBS abroad admissions
• Coordinating with the counselling team
Skills Required
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English – Marathi/Kannada is a plus)
• Confident speaking on phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic understanding of CRM software (training will be provided)
• Friendly and convincing personality
