📌 JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (CRE)

📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years (Preferred)
🎯 Department: Operations / Customer Success


🎯 Role Purpose

Ensure smooth execution of customer orders from confirmation to delivery while driving repeat business through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.

Act as a key link between Customers, Operations, Management, and Accounts to ensure seamless coordination.


🚨 Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills

  • High level of ownership and accountability

  • Ability to track multiple orders simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)


🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Order Management

  • Track every order from confirmation to final delivery

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch

  • Maintain proper order records and updates

🔹 Customer Coordination

  • Regularly update customers on order status

  • Handle queries, complaints, and escalations professionally

  • Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

🔹 Follow-Up & Repeat Business

  • Follow up with customers post-delivery

  • Identify opportunities for repeat orders

  • Maintain a database of existing clients for future business

🔹 Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounts teams

  • Ensure smooth billing and payment tracking

  • Resolve internal delays impacting delivery timelines


🛠️ Required Skills

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail


🎓 Qualification

  • Graduate in any field (Commerce/Management preferred)
