📌 JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (CRE)
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years (Preferred)

🎯 Role Purpose
Ensure smooth execution of customer orders from confirmation to delivery while driving repeat business through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
Act as a key link between Customers, Operations, Management, and Accounts to ensure seamless coordination.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Order Management
Track every order from confirmation to final delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch
Maintain proper order records and updates
🔹 Customer Coordination
Regularly update customers on order status
Handle queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
🔹 Follow-Up & Repeat Business
Follow up with customers post-delivery
Identify opportunities for repeat orders
Maintain a database of existing clients for future business
🔹 Internal Coordination
Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounts teams
Ensure smooth billing and payment tracking
Resolve internal delays impacting delivery timelines
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and multitasking ability
Good knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
🎓 Qualification
Graduate in any field (Commerce/Management preferred)
💰 Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience & skills)
