We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate to join our team at Societystores Retail Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customers in a professional and efficient manner

Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Job Requirements:

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
