Job Description

1. Air ticketing Process –Domestic

· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/ Telugu / Kannada.

· Excellent telephone manner

· Computer proficient

· Flexible for rotational shift timing (the process window is from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. )

· Working hours is 9 hrs including break of one hour

· 6 days working , one rotational off

The Shift timing are

· 8am to 5pm

· 1pm to 10pm

Possible Operational Scenarios

1. Air Ticket issuance failure

2. Booking done but itinerary not received

3. Booking completed but unable to issuance

4. Assistance in web check–in

5. Assistance in cancellation

6. Assistance in rescheduling /re-issuance
