Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Non-Technical Background Preferred).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with prior Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Voice Process experience are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
