Job Title: CRM Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring timely communication and reporting to achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales team leads and track customer visits.

Collect customer feedback and submit reports on time.

Monitor and maintain daily employee work performance records.
