We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Executive – LBN & Company
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team at LBN & Co. This role offers a salary of ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 and focuses on delivering an excellent in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers at the outlet
Explain menu items clearly and help customers choose products
Suggest bestsellers and upsell add-ons to enhance customer experience
Handle billing through POS (cash, UPI, card)
Maintain a friendly, energetic, and professional attitude at all times
Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns effectively
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order flow
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the front counter
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 1–2 years in café, QSR, or retail preferred
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
Basic understanding of billing/POS systems
Willing to work 6 days a week in flexible shifts
