Role: Customer Experience Agent (100% voice process/blended)
Shifts : Rotational Shifts of 9 hrs each (between 7.30am to 10.30pm)
Working days: 5 days (Rotational)
Responsibilities -
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries and provide accurate information
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolution
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
